Full Terms & Policies

Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure your spot.

  • Final payment is due 7 days before departure for local trips, and 10 weeks before departure for international trips, unless otherwise specified.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once inside the final payment window.


Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or no-shows inside 7 days (local) or 10 weeks (international) of departure are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If you cancel inside this window, we will attempt to resell your spot at full price. If successful, we may offer you a credit toward a future trip, minus a 15% administrative fee.

  • If we are unable to fill your spot, no credit will be issued.

  • We are not responsible for missed trips due to airline delays, personal emergencies, illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.


Weather & Conditions

  • Trips operate rain or shine. Weather conditions are at the captain’s discretion.

  • If we cancel a trip for safety or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including airline delays, illness, and personal emergencies.


Participant Responsibility

  • All participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the skill, experience, and health requirements listed for each trip.

  • Unsafe behavior, intoxication, or violation of crew instructions may result in immediate removal without refund.
